There is a reason why the bold text says "proceed with caution", cuz with Mature content anyone who fall under the category of 13+ required parental guidance to view stuff for one reason or another, and while it's up to the kid to look at it (which I question why are you to begin with) and read the blatant warnings on the screen, it also falls to the responsibility of parents to monitor what their kids are poking their noses into.
The last thing I want is for a kid to come out scarred cuz they didn't read the warning labels due to their parents failing a spot-check on their kid's internet activity.
